In Microsoft Excel, the SIGN quantity is a math and trigonometry function that returns the signal of a quantity. The SIGN function returns 1 if the quantity is constructive, zero if the quantity is 0, and -1 if the quantity is damaging.

How to use the Excel SIGN function
